Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I accept custom crochet orders for blankets, hats, scarves, and other crochet creations. Please complete the Custom Order Request Form to discuss your project.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Because each item is handmade, turnaround times vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Most orders take between 2–8 weeks to complete. An estimated completion date will be provided once your order is approved.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on all custom orders. The remaining balance is due before your order ships.

What type of yarn do you use?

I primarily use 100% acrylic yarn for my crochet creations. Acrylic yarn is soft, durable, easy to care for, and available in a wide variety of colors, making it a great choice for blankets, hats, scarves, and custom projects.

Do you create blankets from photographs?

At this time, I do not offer photo graphghan blankets. I currently specialize in character, memorial, logo, and themed designs.

How much do your crochet items cost?

Pricing varies based on the size, design, yarn requirements, and time involved. A custom quote will be provided after reviewing your order request.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes! Orders are shipped through USPS once they have been completed and paid in full.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been completed and shipped, please allow 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for delivery.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s delivery status.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup may be available depending on your location. Please contact me for details.

Can I cancel my order?

Custom orders may not be canceled once work has begun. Deposits are non-refundable because materials are purchased specifically for your project.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

Once a package has been shipped, delivery issues must be addressed through USPS. However, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.

How should I care for my crochet item?

For best results, hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle using cold water. Lay flat to dry to help maintain the shape and quality of your handmade item.

Are your items handmade?

Yes! Every item is handmade with care, attention to detail, and quality craftsmanship.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through the website or submit a Custom Order Request Form for personalized items.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom and handmade nature of my products, refunds are not offered once work has begun. Once item has been sold, there is no refunds.
